About the Founder & Director

Mohammed S. Uddin | FCCA | MAAT

Mohammed is the founder and sole director of MSU Associates Limited, which he established with an ambitious vision of providing high quality accountancy services at affordable prices. He is a Fellow member of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of Association of Accounting Technicians.

With more than 20 years’ experience in accounting sector, Mohammed brings a wide range of expertise in accounting and tax matters. A highly experienced and dynamic accountant, he has handled accounts and taxation for a wide range of industries, including retail, property investment, construction industry, business services, estate agents, pharmacies and dentists.

Prior to setting up MSU Associates, Mohammed worked for several years in accountancy practices including a reputable Central London firm where he handled clients ranging from small and medium sized businesses to high net worth individuals with complex tax affairs. During this period, he gained considerable experience in financial reporting, management accounting, complex tax matters for companies and individuals, forecasting and budgeting, accounting systems, company secretarial and client relationship management.
